Solarenergy projects 2005-2009

Background

At the time this project started I was studying at the art academy in Helsinki at time & space department (famous for the name) I had been working with installations in different forms and was curious on questions regarding time space and communication. I had somewhere during the practice of these installations realized that there was something that effected the relationship between time space and communication but I couldn't define what it was, but it has something to do with energy and that led my path to the solar energy.

In 2004 I had the chance to do an internship at Vito Acconci Studio in New York. There in N Y i also worked extra for Alt Power Inc, which where doing installations of renewable energy, mainly on already existing architecture. These impressions formed the base for this project which also was part of my Master Exam work at the Academy Of Fine Arts in Helsinki in 2006.
